Mother's Day

So, how was your Mother's day? We were able to spend it with both of our Mom's and enjoyed Brunch together....I prepared a Shrimp, Feta Cheese, Roasted Red Pepper and Chive Quiche, along with a Mexicali Strata with Hot Sausage, Green Chilis, Pepper Jack Cheese and Sauteed Onion, Topped with Salsa and Sour Cream...we also had Fresh Berry Salad, Mimosa's and David's Famous Bloody Mary's. Quiche is an excellent source of protein, and it's chock full of endless possibilities...you can combine all your favorite flavors and textures for a great "on the go" breakfast choice, or pair it with a fresh green salad for your evening meal. And..... Yes, Real Men DO eat Quiche!
